How does the handover from a previous property management work?

After the resolution to change the property manager is passed, we take over all bureaucratic and organizational steps. We contact the previous manager, request all property documents, resolution logs, as well as banking and accounting data, and set up your property in our systems. For the advisory board and owners, this transition is absolutely smooth and requires no extra effort.

How does ImmoLevia handle technical emergencies?

Thanks to our established regional network of contractors in the Rhineland, we can react very quickly in urgent damage cases (e.g., pipe bursts, heating failures).
