The founding of ImmoLevia arose from a clear realization: traditional property management companies often act too rigidly, too reactively, and without commercial foresight. Our standard is to manage properties just as we would expect from a management company for our own capital investments. By relocating our headquarters to Bonn, we have further focused our presence in the Rhineland to be directly on-site for our clients throughout the greater Cologne, Bonn, and Düsseldorf area.
