1. Heating Failure & Cold
Before calling, check if other apartments in the building are also affected. Report the failure to us immediately so that we can dispatch our partner company's heating emergency service.
2. Water Pipe Burst
Immediate action: Close the main water valve in the basement or the shut-off valves in your apartment. Secure your belongings and call our emergency number immediately.
3. Persons in the Elevator
Use the emergency call button directly inside the elevator cabin (connected directly to the emergency call center). In case of non-availability, call our emergency service number.
4. Complete Power Outage
Check your fuses and whether there is electricity in the neighboring house. In the event of a local power outage in the entire district, the network operator is responsible.
